Whether you need Kaolin for ceramics, paper, paints, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, or construction, Megamont provides dependable quality, customized grades, and efficient nationwide supply.
Produced through a water-based separation process, levigated kaolin offers high purity, increased brightness, and a smooth texture. Ideal for ceramics (body grade, glaze, engobe), specialty papers, and high-end coatings. Available in cake/lump and powder form (300 to 2000 mesh).
Naturally white, minimally processed kaolin with fine particle size and high chemical inertness. Ideal as a filler in paint, rubber, cable wires, plastic, and adhesive manufacturing. Available in 325, 500, and 800 mesh sizes.
Raw kaolin is heated at 500–800°C to create a thermally stable, chemically inert product. Calcination enhances brightness, whiteness, and mechanical strength. Used in paints, rubber, plastics, paper coating, and refractory applications.
A highly reactive pozzolanic material formed by dehydroxylation of kaolin at controlled temperatures. Used in cement, concrete, and specialty ceramic applications to improve strength and chemical resistance.
Produced by atomising a kaolin slurry into fine dry particles. Offers uniform particle size and excellent flowability — suited for specific ceramic, polymer, and filler applications.
